Norway's TSO Statnett has signed a loan agreement with the Nordic Investment Bank (NIB) for a NOK1.3 billion loan, which will partial finance the new subsea cable between Norway and Denmark and upgrade Statnett's existing cable across the Oslo Fjord in Norway.
