The Director General of the Bureau of Public Enterprises (BPE), company responsible for implementation of the Nigerian policy on privatisation and commercialisation, has proposed a five-year management contract for the Transmission Company of Nigeria (TCN), one of the 18 companies created from the state-owned Power Holding Company of Nigeria (PHCN).
