Considering the ongoing military operations between Russia and Ukraine, the four Nordic TSOs—Energinet (Denmark), Fingrid (Finland), Statnett (Norway) and Svenska kraftnät (Sweden)—have planned ways to provide frequency support to the Baltic States in case Russia stops exporting electricity to them.
