Oman Electricity Transmission Company (OETC) has awarded a contract for the manufacture and supply of a 500 MVA, 400 kV transformer to a joint venture (JV) comprising Omani subsidiary of Indian Voltamp Transformers Company and Oman’s Bahwan Engineering Company (BEC).
