Opponents are demanding state regulators to reverse their decision of approving the 345 kV line section from Holmen to Alma in La Crosse of the Hampton-Rochester-La Crosse transmission project, a component of the CapX2020 project, which is a joint transmission planning effort of 11 utilities owning transmission lines in Minnesota and the surrounding region.
