Pakistan’s energy regulator National Electric Power Regulatory Authority (Nepra) has granted a 25-year special purpose licence to Pak Matiari-Lahore Transmission Company Limited (PMLTCPL) for the implementation of the ±660 kV Matiari–Lahore high voltage direct current (HVDC) transmission line project.
