The Pakistan government has signed a loan agreement worth EUR165 million with Frech development agency Agence Française de Développement (AFD) to finance two energy sector projects—Power Transmission Enhancement Investment Tranche-IV and Mangla Power Plant Rehabilitation Project in Pakistan.
