State-owned vertically-integrated power utility of Pakistan K-Electric Limited has entered into a USD400 million agreement with Germany's Siemens and Shanghai Limited of China for execution of a major transmission package aimed at enhancement of its transmission system capacity, and improved reliability and stability of transmission infrastructure.
