Panamanian state-owned electricity transmission company, Empresa de Transmision Electrica (ETESA), held a public tiebreaker meeting to determine the order of the six proposals received for the development of the 230 kV Sabanitas–Panamá III Transmission Line and Associated Network Expansion Project.
