The Philippines' state-owned power utility National Power Corporation (Napocor) has commissioned the 32-km-long 69 kV Codon–Virac transmission line and the 10 MVA Virac substation to supply electricity to 55,000 households and reduce power interruptions in the province of Catanduanes.
