Italy-based cable maker Prysmian Group has put into operations the 22.75-km-long, 230 kV EB Magalona CTS (Negros)-Barotac Viejo substation (Panay) submarine cable link under the first stage of the Cebu-Negros-Panay (CNP) project in the Philippines.
