Régie de l'énergie (Régie), the energy sector regulator of Quebec, has issued a ruling, which confirms that Hydro-Quebec's transmission grid operations are in full compliance with the rules and regulations of its open access transmission tariff (OATT), and are in accordance with the principle of open and non-discriminatory access.
