Reliance Infrastructure Limited (RInfra), part of the India-based conglomerate Reliance Group, has executed a Business Transfer Agreement (BTA) with its two subsidiaries associated with two Western Region System Strengthening Scheme (WRSSS) transmission assets, as part of the process to sell the businesses to Adani Transmission Limited (ATL).
