The Saudi Electricity Company (SEC) has awarded SAR561 million worth of contracts for two substations and a cable project to Indian engineering, procurement and construction (EPC) major Larsen & Toubro (L&T), and Saudi-based construction companies – Alfanar Construction and Capital Lights Company – for electro-mechanics.
