Saudi Electricity Company (SEC) awarded a joint venture (JV), comprising of Indian engineering, procurement and construction (EPC) major Kalpataru Power Transmission Limited (KPTL) and local Bin Omairah, a SAR117 million contract for the construction of 165.66-km-long, 230 kV overhead transmission line (OHTL) for the Jafurah gas plant.
