As per a news report, Saudi Electricity Company (SEC) has received the lowest bids from the Germany-based Siemens and India-based Larsen & Toubro Limited (L&T) for the installation of 380 kV reactors at the Hail-3 substation and construction of the 380 kV Rafha–Qaisumah overhead transmission line (OHTL) projects respectively.
