The southern state utility commissions of Arkansas, Louisiana and Mississippi are protesting against a complaint filed with the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (FERC) that aims to force the Midcontinent Independent System Operator (MISO) to more broadly allocate the costs of certain grid-strengthening reliability projects.
