Spain-based infrastructure and renewable energy developer Acciona has bagged a USD103.8 million contract from Mexico's state-run power company Comision Federal de Electricidad (CFE) for the construction of a gas-fired thermoelectric power plant (TPP) and expansion of an associated high voltage substation.
