The Nebraska Power Review Board has begun reviewing Nebraska Public Power District's (NPPD) 345 kV Hoskins-Neligh transmission project. The project is the second phase of the R-Plan proposed by the Nebraska Transmission Advocacy Group and coordinated by the NPPD, Lincoln Electric System, and Omaha PPD, to relieve network congestion and enhance power reliability in the state.
