International competitive bids are invited for the design, manufacture, testing and supply of two aluminum conductor steel reinforced (ACSR) moose conductor packages (CD05 and CD06) for the 400 kV Pugalur high voltage direct current (HVDC) station–Thiruvalam quad double-circuit line which is associated with HVDC bipole link between the Western Region (Raigarh, Chhattisgarh) and Southern Region (Pugalur, Tamil Nadu and Madakathara, North Trichur district, Kerala). The contract is funded by the Asian Development Bank (ADB) under the Green Energy Corridor and Grid Strengthening Project.
