The National Parks Conservation Association (NPCA) is criticising the approval of the Susquehanna-Roseland power line which crosses the Delaware Water Gap National Recreation Area, the Middle Delaware National Scenic River, and the Appalachian National Scenic Trail in New Jersey and Pennsylvania.
