India's largest interstate transmission network owner Power Grid Corporation of India Limited (POWERGRID) has awarded substation and tower contracts to Techno Electric and Engineering Company Limited (TEECL), Xian XD Switchgear Electric Company Limited, Larsen & Toubro Limited (L&T) and KEC International Limited for the KfW-funded Green Energy Corridors (GEC): Inter-State Transmission Scheme (ISTS) Part A.
