German and Dutch transmission system operator (TSO) TenneT is partnering with three energy companies including Sonnen (Germany), Vandebron (Netherlands) and IBM (United States) for two pilot projects, aimed at enabling decentralised flexible energy sources to help maintain security of supply in electricity grids.
