British Columbia-based Trans Mountain Corporation and Valard Construction LP (Valard) have entered into a partnership with Lower Nicola Indian Band Development Corporation (LNIBDC) to build, own, operate and maintain the new 138 kV Kingsvale electricity transmission line that will run through the LNIBDC’s traditional territory.
