The New South Wales (NSW) transmission system operator (TSO), TransGrid, and Australian Energy Market Operator (AEMO) have published the project assessment draft report (PADR) for the Victoria–NSW Interconnector (VNI) West project as part of the Regulatory Investment Test for Transmission (RIT-T) process.
