The Energy and Mines Ministry of Peru has signed a contract with Consorcio Transmantaro, a joint venture of Columbia-based Interconexion Electrica (ISA) and Empresa de Energia de Bogota (EEB), for the 30-year concession associated with the Pomacocha-Carhuamayo transmission line.
