TransWest Express LLC (a wholly-owned affiliate of The Anschutz Corporation) has agreed to sell 1,500 MW of capacity on the Wyoming─Nevada transmission line [also known as the TransWest Express (TWE) Project] to Power Company of Wyoming (PCW).
