Scottish Hydro Electric Transmission (SHE Transmission) Plc, part of British utility Scottish and Southern Electricity Networks (SSEN), has awarded two contracts worth GBP43.5 million to the UK’s construction company Balfour Beatty for a major upgrade of the north electricity network.
