The Asian Development Bank (ADB), World Bank (WB) and Japan International Cooperation Agency (JICA) have extended a syndicated loan of USD800 million to Uzbekistan to finance construction of two combined-cycle power plants (CCPP) of 800 MW each at the Talimardjan power plant in Kashkadarya province.
