Southern Vietnam Power Project Management Board (SPPMB), subsidiary of state-owned Electricity of Vietnam (EVN), has launched two tenders associated with the 500 kV Song May Substation project, which is part of the Second Transmission and Distribution Project being funded by the World Bank.
