State-owned Electricity of Vietnam (EVN) has signed a 25-year power purchase agreement with Impact Energy Asia Development (IEAD), a subsidiary of Asia’s leading renewable energy firm BCPG Public Company Limited (BCPG), which is a part of Thailand-based Bangchak Corporation Plc group of companies.
