Israel-based independent power producer (IPP), Econergy Renewable Energy, has acquired the 50 MW Swangate energy storage project from the UK’s renewables developer Yoo Energy. UK-based Renew Legal acted as legal advisors on behalf of Econergy for the acquisition.
