As per a report submitted by Energy consultants Energy and Environmental Economics Inc. (E3), Bonneville Power Administration (BPA) can delay the construction of the proposed I-5 Corridor Reinforcement Project by five years or longer, if ways to conserve and reroute power along the I-5 corridor during periods of peak demand can be found.
