Russia's transmission system operator Federal Grid Company of Unified Energy System (FGC UES) has issued a general procurement notice for the rehabilitation of the 500 kV Pakhra substation, which is being funded by the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD) through its investment in FGC UES's Rouble-denominated domestic bonds.
