The Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (FERC) has accepted the rehearing request filed by the governors of Delaware and Maryland in November 2017, regarding planned cost allocations for the USD278 million Artificial Island project being developed by LS Power, Public Service Electric and Gas Company (PSE&G), and Pepco Holdings, Incorporated (PHI).
