Red Eléctrica Chile SpA, a subsidiary of Red Eléctrica Internacional, has acquired 100 per cent of the share capital of Centinela Transmisión SA, owned by Minera Centinela, which in turn is owned by Chilean copper producer Antofagasta, for a total of USD117.2 million.
