India’s leading infrastructure investment trust (InvIT), India Grid Trust’s (IndiGrid) board of investment managers have approved the acquisition of Gurgaon–Palwal Transmission Limited (GPTL) from Sterlite Power Transmission Limited (SPTL). The acquisition is valued at INR10.8 billion.
