The Midcontinent Independent System Operator (MISO), PJM Interconnection, Southwest Power Pool (SPP) and Southeastern Regional Transmission Planning Region (SERTP), have together filed a revised proposal for interregional transmission coordination and cost allocation methods, as mandated by Federal Electricity Regulatory Commission's (FERC) Order 1000.
